Avoiding appointments delays

We invest a lot of effort to see appointments on time and to help us run our schedule more efficiently and ensure minimum delay, we kindly ask all new patients to arrive 10 minutes before their scheduled appointment time to complete registration paperwork.

On some occasions, we may take longer than usual to see you because we are dealing with complex procedures or a dental emergency. We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding in these situations.

Cancelling or rescheduling appointments

While we are committed to be flexible and meet the availability of our patients, to help reduce lost appointment time, kindly advise us at least 48 hours before your appointment time should you wish to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Please contact us by phone on 2123 7529 or send us an email.
